This is the Screamer, a mentally-unstable cyborg enemy in the second half of the game. He screams through the bullhorn on his face to buff allies and debuff enemies.

We had a bug where Petunia's pets had almost no cooldown on their attacks, leading to some... interesting consequences for the target dummy.

Queen Zinnia is the hardest boss so far, with tons of abilities, phases and special features. We might have to nerf her a bit?
