The S1 color palette is SO good...meanwhile the S2 finale feels like a blur of dark grayish blue
quality of it just...dropped completely off the map. Rather than adding its own spin on the manga’s events, it DOWNPLAYED scenes rather than enhancing them.
The shots were boring, flat, and they deviated from the manga in ways that were annoying at best
Louis is so withdrawn in 75 because he’s already spent 10 chapters agonizing over Legosi buying meat in the BAM
I think that’s why the payoff here is much higher in the manga than the anime, even though the content is about the same
