When I left treatment I bought some some sketching tools. The image below is the first sketch I made at 31 years old.

It moved me to the point of tears. Like a hidden treasure that had been buried inside of me.

How did I not know this about myself. What else did I not know?

Although I may seem quiet on Twitter right now. Believe you me. My inner being is louder than ever.

I find myself needing to rest. Recalibrate. To Ensure my intentions are aligned with my actions.

Im here to achieve maximum human potential. So in the meantime enjoy some #WIP
