It isn't really "research" so much as basic news reading that goes with citizenship that tells you the TikTok ban is probably a good idea even if it's being somewhat clumsily handled.

It's better to be excluded for who you include, than to be included for who you exclude.

And in every movement, like every job, including people is always much, much easier than excluding them.
