I think gameplay wise Phantom Pain is much better than this in like every way possible, which makes sense for a lot of reasons. Peace Walker also helps to make Big Boss’s eventual fall into villainy feel more gradual. There’s important story elements in Peace Walker for sure.
@grantthethief After Ippo you absolutely gotta check out Ashita no Joe. It’s over 50 years old at this point, but it’s my personal favorite anime.
It’s Dragon Quest’s 36th anniversary in Japan! This is my absolute favorite RPG series and I cannot say enough good things about these games. I’ve had so many fond memories playing this series throughout my life and I’m looking forward to continuing to play them as I grow older!
