(Technically though, it was already dead by January 2017... and even then two decades of worldbuilding and character development were rendered irrelevant after April 2013 when the original continuity was cut short)

This boi was only in Archie Sonic for less than a year (thank the damn reboot and Sega mandates for that shit) and that was plenty time to be immortalized as a fan favorite.
Shard was such a fun character. Cool design and personality.
