Little bit older than usual, but this is just a fun weird building. The Flats are adjacent to the St. Clair River Delta, the largest freshwater delta in the world.

A few more details of Glen Howard Small’s beautiful psychedelic sci-fi renderings. Small’s “rendering guru” was the illustrator-designer Syd Mead, famous for designing the Blade Runner sets.
