🚀 Houston, we have liftoff! The Joy of React is officially available for purchase.
This has been my main focus for the past year, and I'm *so friggin’ thrilled* to finally ship it. 😄

A few people have told me it's actually kinda hard to find my courses from my blog, and so I added a new “courses” page!

Glad I have lil’ mascots for each course. 😄
Working on the social image for a blog post that comes out in a few days. Won't spoil it just yet, but I want the background to be super colorful 😄
Which of these do you like best?
Poll in next tweet.

Twitter, I need your help! What do you call these two food items?
I'm writing a blog post that features these images, and I wanna use the most "universal" names for these foods.
A little easter egg I spent too much time on: the electrons on my React mascot can be toggled on and off 😄
Uses “real” 3D renders for lots of little details, like seeing the reflections of lit electrons within the bulbs of unlit ones ✨ https://t.co/zRXzDzVtQ1
My React course officially has a mascot!
Hopefully it isn't *too* ridiculous for people. 😅
The only downside to Undraw is that it's *too* popular, and it means that lots of other creators are already using them. They might seem a bit generic as a result.
I work around this by tracing over them in Procreate. Makes them feel more unique!
Left: Undraw
Right: traced
Ooh, found a wonderful set of SVG illustrations! Released for free under a very permissive license (Creative Commons Zero). ✨

A few months back, I drew a happy little gluestick with my iPad (it's used in my CSS course, in a cute margin analogy).
Trying to render it now in 3D 😄
✅Basic gluestick complete, time to add some personality✨
@floridaelago I then drew a squiggly star shape, and set it as the object to use in the bevel (so it takes on that shape instead of just being round)
