Having a negative thought process in a negative situation only makes it more difficult and either the outcome worse or you feel worse. That’s why you have to think positively, just because you’ve been given a cactus. Doesn’t mean you have to sit on it…

Your life is not going to happen later, it’s happening right now! It doesn’t start when your lover gets here, it doesn’t start when you retire. It’s happening right now, so you may as well decide to start enjoying it. And start making it better right now~

Happiness is a choice, anyone can choose to be happy. But it’s also something that you need to develop over time. So the next time you choose to be happy, try working on it a little. Like a muscle! Work your little happy muscle, making it strong hehe~

If you're struggling, either a problem or another situation that you're going through. You deserve to make self-care a priority. Feel your feelings, be gentle with yourself and breathe. Acknowledge that you're doing your best and that you're enough~

People need to learn that it's okay to screw up. And that it's going to be okay if we don't always make the right decisions. Just please understand that failure is not the opposite of success, it's a part of it. Forget the mistake and remember the lesson~

Depression is'nt a stranger to anyone. You're allowed to feel messed up inside and out, you're allowed to scream and cry. What you're not allowed to do is give up. I won't let you, being depressed doesn't mean you're defective. It just means you're human~

As long as you're able to feel pain, that just proves that you're alive. As long as you continue to make a few mistakes, that proves that you're still human. But most importantly, as long as you keep trying, that proves that you've never given up hope~
The club and I decided that we would like to try out camping this weekend. We're not entirely sure on what fun things we can do out here besides a campfire and a sort of picnic. What do you suggest~?

Instead of thinking about solving your whole life like it's one big problem. Why not start thinking about adding additional little good things to it instead? Just one at a time is fine, and continue to let your little pile of good things grow~

Words can't affect you if you don't let them. But what most people don't realize is that this can go for positive words as well. So the next time someone compliments you on something you've done or are doing. Take it to heart, you might just feel better~
