One more #PPG2016 reboot character here. This time, it's DupliKate, only appearing in the Season 3 episode "Blossom^3". Of course, it's yet another wasted character who could have got potential if it wasn't for the show's bad development.

Rika and Lyloo are, certainly, fun rubber girls with bubbly personalities, always up for something fun to do. When it comes to balloons, though, it's another story. They love it.
