Tomorrow I will formally declare to my doctor my decision to enter surgery mode. It isn't mandatory, but it's advised. I could refuse. But then it'll be time-sensitive. I just need to get whatever's bad inside of me, out.

I stand a good chance with this, but wish me luck anyway.
