Been a hot second, but sketched out the concept for a "big grappler" character. A "Biker of the Black Lagoon" theme

Sketched out a Dullahan concept.

I still feel very incomplete about this one. There's a few thoughts that I'd like to stick and many I'd like to workshop.

Ghost ninja concept. (don't talk to my bearded son)

Idea being that he'd be more translucent toward the bottom of his legs with his "mist" being another source of emphasis. Spiking out with effort/damage.

Quickie sketched out a Djinn character. I had something in my brain for a kind of boss character, but then slowly turned into this.
