For today, a wonderful message of hope written by Ken in his autobiography:
‘There is not only one second chance, there are thousands of second chances, just as long as we wonder at the sunset, the numberless stars in the heavens and the glory of a new day.’
Happy Easter all! 😁
My team on ‘Give us a Clue’ was Simon Williams & Martin Jarvis. No show could be more enjoyable ‘cos the people are all delightful to be with. Michael Parkinson in the chair & he asked me (as he always does) ‘What are you working at?’& I said f*ck all.
Ken’s Diary 19 June 1987 😁
A poem by Ken to brighten up your Monday:
‘If you can smile in the midst of pain
And laugh at the cares of mankind,
You’re out of the mire,
You’re out of the rain,
And you’re probably out of your mind.’
😁
From Ken’s book, ‘Acid Drops.’
In January 1984 a pantomime featuring the stars of BBC children's programmes came to our screens. Aladdin & the Forty Thieves featured the likes of Sarah Greene and Brian Cant. Ken played Mustapha Drink. Here he is making a wonderful entrance, introduced by Clive Dunn.😂

This is how Ken ended his autobiography.
Beautiful words!
