The others are Cancer to Kellam (her earlier designs had bulkier armour and shields), Scorpio to Lon'qu (more for his aloof/edgy personality), a bit of Gemini to Ricken (small but powerful mage children), and a bit of Aquarius to Virion (she was originally a male character too).
Fun fact I was still so obsessed with Awakening in 2015 that it became a huge influence for the early character designs for Starglass Zodiac. Some of them still have direct traces to their influences, though I'd say the most obvious one is Libra to Miriel.
Commission for @PegagusParfait of their characters Hai and Mercury, thank you for commissioning me! <3 This was so much fun to do, these two are super cute together. :’D And their outfits are absolutely GORGEOUS, I really got lost in the details. *v*
@griefgoose I have a few birbs to offer! :’D
Still riding that wave of burnout, but I figured a subject more in my comfort zone for a design might help a bit. :’) Having a clearer catalogue of the constellations I want to design and their significance makes it a little easier to come up with these first ideas, at least.
This is Elani, a character I’ve had for over a decade and still don’t really know what to do with. This is less an “attempt at a redesign” thing and more a “get out of art block” thing, I burned out pretty hard this week. Still like how the drawing came out though. :)
Another design I finished up today! I don’t have the energy for much more than single standing poses these days but I hope you like it anyway. :’) In my infinite madness, I’ve compiled a list of constellations to work with in addition to the 88 modern constellations for SGZ.
The true artist experience is being fairly certain about a design, finishing it, and then spending hours splitting hairs about colour schemes before you can upload it. xD Still, at least I finished something today!
A bit of a catchup upload of some logo design stuff I’ve been doing! :) Two are edits of previous designs, while the other two are totally new. I know people don’t really follow me for my graphic design stuff, but logos are still pretty fun and relaxing for me to make anyway. :’D
