My dad came to stay to help me with my recovery, he had to leave yesterday. As a parting gift he decided to adjust my thermostat and turn off half my automatic times for heating. I wondered why I was so frigging cold last night then checked & it had been set to dad standard 19c

It’s pi€€ing down outside. Was not expecting that as left blankets & cushions out, Woopsie. Also up eating snacks as I didn’t east enough today & have to desperately put weight on, as too skinny. It’s so risky for my health. Erics also poorly with his back after playing rough
