Today I did something different and worked on a portrait painting of my Mamaw Honey, who passed in February. I have been wanting to make this for a while.

"WWHAA HOW DARE SHE BE A BRAT TO STARFIRE! WHY DO THEY HATE GOOD PARENTS?"
Guys... it's a story... she probably learns a lesson... liiiike how to not be a brat and how to appreciate her mom.
You can hate it or whatever, idc. Let's just not act like we forgot how stories work.
@GailSimone Yes, the cape, shoulder pad, and leather strap count as asymmetry. Asymmetry creates flow within the shapes and little areas of interest. I think Gail's issue is the amount of asymmetry. Too much and the flow is confusing, and the costume looks busy with no place to rest the eye
I saw this and noticed that the ridge muscles and extensor muscles are wrapping in the wrong direction on his left arm, but yet it still looks dynamic and interesting, which shows that making muscles look good has more to do with designing shapes and lines than accuracy.
