I think I’ve recommended it every year, but Uncle Montague’s Tales of Terror by , illustrated by is my absolute favourite scary kids’ book.

First up is the art from The Incredible Painting of Felix Clousseau by Jon Agee. I’m a huge fan of Jon’s work and recently got the reissued version of this brilliant book. Every page is so bold and detailed, it’s fantastic to look at.
