The Spirit
I do like how washed out this design ended up. The country for my setting is the elf queendom, whose cities are forbidden to non-elves because they house a dark secret...
The Broken One
I find it hilarious that the new official merchandise ended up doing the same broken mirror concept that I did. The other one is a magocracy, which was different because I could never have used that wallpaper. Now you know where the wallpaper in my vids came from.
10 of Stars: The Master of Stars
Ah, what's the point of drawing an archetypal wizard if you don't include at least one pointy hat?
8 of Stars: The Gravedigger
Oh no... is what's in the bag something he's burying? Or something he dug up? D=
@BitterOath Haven't haven't had the energy to draw anything intricate lately, but these I was quite happy with:
5 of Stars: The Elementalist
I couldn't resist doing a Legend of Korra version of this one just for funsies. I'm also very happy with how the elements turned out in the Korra version.
The Temptation
I avoided nudity in these because I've always felt proper temptation withholds something first, promising it for later. Card for my setting shows hill dwarves, who fled to the surface and never forgave their mountain dwarf cousins for closing their gates on them.
The Mists
Hoo boy. While a major feature of Ravenloft, fog and mists in my own setting are associated with the Queen of Hell and the earthly realm (a Thai/Indonesian themed empire) that emerged when a failing monarch tied his fortunes to the devils of the Forsaken Mountain.
10 of Coins: The Master of Coins
One generic rogue and my BG2 thief. Also a bard. Just FYI: I hate bards. I hate them a lot. And then I had a really bad group this one time, and now I hate them even more.
9 of Coins: The Red Dragon
Whoops. Drew too many coins for this one. I think I skipped the wings because I was exhausted and only drew one, claiming the other was hidden behind the first.
