I'm actually quite curious on if anyone really looks into the anime Toshiki Inoue was the head writer for. There are some that are very interesting and were incredibly popular while many people had no idea a Toku writer was in charge.
Kazuki Takahashi has passed away at the age of 60. His work on Yugioh is still a huge impact on me. He had a great imagination to make the most innocent games into the deadliest things around. I also very much enjoyed the characters with how wild and surprising they were.
Reading the new Suda interview and there is certainly interesting things that I could consider putting into my NMH3 analysis. Especially the stuff where he talks about how Moonlight Syndrome was "in-game destruction" and how much his career had back then.
HOLY FUCK EPISODE 73!!! If you are not watching this show, DO IT! START NOW!
I accept this as Travis Touchdown when the anime finally consumes him.
So I have officially finished my first Precure show. Tropical Rouge was certainly a blast. It wasn't a big time epic, but I was very happy with the good feeling flow this show had. Really helps with energetic characters that I do feel get their motivation to shine.
I feel like I at least want to talk about this one part of NMH3 and that would be the callback characters all having something in common. Which is a trope in superhero media and maybe even part of it in the fan culture to it as well.
I know this style isn't for everyone, but I very much do love the wacky and bonkers surface level TSA and high chance NMH3 is doing. I love having full on insanity still covering some interesting topics. TSA being the whole life of a game developer and the hardships of that labor
NMH3: "You can just play NMH1, 2, and TSA to catch up."
