how i think they work: da rooms are mounted insides big pepsican cylinders (drk blu), that swivel on their central doors where they r mounted 2 da centrifugal ring (red)

in space they dont rotate all their floors point "out".
on plenet they swing down like seats on a ferriswheel

this shot interdesting 2 me, da outer hull moves but also there's a vertical hatch. maybe it lines up with da luoong L-shaped tooob thing we wuorked out before.
