Smiling Friends is a great show, I think it’s funny as hell & the art style is unique. HOWEVER! It also commits an animation sin I loathe & that’s when male characters are these funny little dudes but girls are always these beautiful angelic beings.

I often cite Gorillaz as my motivator but it might have actually been Pelswick.

I watched this show & went “I can draw like that! If this can be a show I can make one too!”
