Now, Dragon Ball Super. The show, where every arc had hype but was trash. There Goten and Trunks are completely young until Super Hero movie, they also lost their importance. As for other characters, they are mentioned but not much important.

Moving on Dragon Ball GT. The series died from the whole start. No one don't get much development, Pan is annoying, while Vegeta is just side character as Goten. I understand that they tried to make it like OG,but they failed a lot,then they tried to make it like Z, again failed

After some training, Gotenks and Gohan fail to kill Buu, and only Vegitto save boys. But after Goku and Vegeta save Dende and Satan, while others die. In short final battle, Kid Buu vs Goku, Vegeta and Satan, Goku kill Buu with Spirit Bomb. And EOZ as great ending.

So Kaioshin interrupt and tell about Evil Buu, which was born again. Saiyans go to stop him, but in the end we have Majin Vegeta die to sacrifice, which was useless. Gohan gets beaten up. After fusion Gotenks is born, which is basically powerful Trunks

Trunks return, kill monsters and take revenge for Gohan and others. And all would think that his timeline is finally in peace. Basically yes, until some time later ...

I don't to retell plot much more, so moving to final. Gohan awaken Ssj2, beat Cell in the end, while Goku stay dead. And you could say that it could be a great ending as Frieza arc could be. But, Toriyama decide to write another arc. But before let's headback to Trunks

Android arc is basically Z Warriors vs Androids, Goku have heart virus, Piccolo fuse with Kami to keep up, Cell absorb 17 and 18. Vegeta obviously fail again and is worse than he was in Namek arc. Goku and Gohan obviously trained and got strong enough to face Cell.

And Goku tells everybody that they need to train 3 years so they could defeat Androids. Obviously they could destroy Red Ribbon army earlier, but for some reason they wanted to fight. Goku train Piccolo and Gohan in Ssj state, while Vegeta try to achieve Ssj state.

Namekians , so he will keep up with Goku and Vegeta. After Frieza arc, Goku returns from Yadrat, but before that, Frieza and King Cold were killed by unknown warrior. Obviously he meet Goku, Trunks reveal his name and tell him about everything what happened in future.

In the final of Namek Saga, or you can call it Frieza saga,Goku used every skills and techniques he had, and still couldn't beat Frieza. And then when Krillin die, Goku accept his Saiyan side and transform into Super Saiyan. That's where OG Dragon Ball dies.
