I want to make 2023 the continuation of 2022, so I draw her in the same outfit, but I still think 2022 gives out a more adventure vibe with all the interaction and position whereas 2023 is a little bit too blank I supposed.

Julia is probably the type of Monopoly player who would buy every and any property she landed on in the early game without developing them further than 1-2 house, just to later landed on other people's full blown hotel grade property like 5 times in a row and gone bankrupt
Also at that time, I think that Shiho might be someone who would enjoy doing the hand puppet show or doing the storytelling for little kids, so when I saw this volunteering off-shot, I was really glad!
