I've been in a foul mindset for a while now and drawing something did help a bit, but I don't feel like I accomplished near as much as what I set out to do. I'll mess with it a bit more over the weekend but the lion's share is done.

Dandere - Ocotillos look like death most the year, until the rains come. Then they grow lush green leaves and explode in red flowers are the top of each stalk.

Darudere - Creeping devil cacti grow along the ground and can't be bothered to grow upright. lazy bastards.

Deredere - Pincushions are just plain adorable! they flower in a ring around the top and look fuzzy.

Hajidere - Chain chollas aren't as bad as jumping as far as "gifting" themselves... but they still do break apart rather easily.

Himedere - Saguaros are cacti royalty hands down. (kanji is a refined femine "hohoho" laugh)

Hinedere - Barrel Cacti are unassuming but a life saver for getting water from in the desert.
