Hi I've returned to this post to say this kind of applies to DBK, too, because he specifically says that he returned to the "realm of the living" after being freed from under the mountain. He is also noticeably more fluffy in appearance before his imprisonment as well.

I want the lore on why Mac lost fur after he died and how he was kind of just.. fading away. What's going on here? I have an idea for the dark ropes/bandages and ghostly chains but why'd his fur fade away? It's curious.
