I really loved working in comics, but after a decade I was getting burnt out & somewhat disillusioned with franchise work.

When I met @samroads1 & we began working on his Indie graphic novel #SiliconHeart together in 2015 it seemed to be just the ticket...

... moshimonsters, thundercats, gogo’s crazybones, the marvellous missdventures of flapjack & several titles for @classcom including a graphic novel of #AMidsummerNightsDream (& more!) ....

I graduated with a 1st level degree hons in ‘05, & Did a stint animating freelance before meeting my now husbro @jasoncardy & breaking into the UK comics scene, working (both colouring & later drawing) on titles like Marvel heroes, spiderman, transformers, dreamworks tales, ...

After A levels I did a year’s “art foundation”, before moving down here (South Wales, UK) in 2002 to study 2D animation from the now legendary Glamorgan Center for Art/Design Tech, where I had a BLAST & met some amazing friends I still have to this day.
