Another #inktober piece, this time Splatoon themed! Sometimes I remember out of the blue that fictional interview where Pearl says the greatest gift she ever received was the chance to meet Marina & my heart just bursts

I'm making an effort to do more with backgrounds for the Hazel Skies zine, but does all that work still count if majority of it gets covered up by the characters/word balloons :'^)

I still have no clue how I'm gonna color this zine, but I got some nice test results

Found some Super Ghost Girl art I made where I was just imagining what a hypothetical credits scene would look like (I like to the think the music would be snippets of vaporwave)

As I mentioned in my other account, I've been reworking Fangirl's design so her silhouette doesn't get constantly covered by her hair/skirt. The last image shows the 3 designs I think work best, & at this point I think I'm best off drawing her in a full comic to see what sticks
