Today in art therapy we painted our emotions. I struggle figuring out how I really feel when my normal use to be cratering to other's feelings. I try to reflect emotions but they end up getting muddy and I don't feel genuine.

The past couple months I've been sick a lot, missed work a lot, lots of Dr appointments, and medical bills. RIP savings- so I'm opening up commissions for $10 monotone bust sketches. I'm just doing 2 a time to not overwhelm myself 👍

The past yearish I've been in a pretty deep art slump that all the progress I had made 1-2 years ago is gone, wasted. I'd start to feel worst whenever i drew so I stopped drawing that caused my drawing to worsen forcing this feedback loop. Here are some stuff from drawing spurts.
