Omnia Mutantur (R code)

This algorithm created a moving gravity source that traced a wave path (small black circles, gray lines), attracting larger circles towards its path.

The path of motion is represented by darker circles.

This code sketch combines concentric circles and squares to form boundaries for tiles, creating interesting imagery across each output, such as sunset windows, cracked ruins, & flames.

"Withdrawing" was originally written in R code (August 2020) and I've just translated the algorithm to p5.js

Some subtle differences in how the system behaves across languages, as always.

The first image is output from R, images 2-3 are p5js.

R-based generative art produced with an inspiraling path of square stacks, which successively grew away from a fixed, random point near the center of the plot.

This R code sketch includes up to 250 stalagmite-circle formations with jittered color sampling and repeating color/gray rings for rippled contrasts.

Unfinished (R code)

This code generated dark blue circles on a light yellow, which symbolizes the current conflict between freedom and fascism.

The detailed structures from growing circles reminded me of ruins.

This code sketch created 4 layers that each included 100-1000 interconnected circles with varying radii and 50-100 connections.
