Soooo happy to have access to my paints again after many long weeks. Here are some pages from my sketchbook, picking up some of my favorite colors and tools again :3

It worked! Just a lil’ touch up here and there, and solid! Then.. 3 days to varnish and cut/sand/stain the wood backing/frame I’m building for it. This one has taken way longer than expected because I’ve tried so many new techniques, but I love pushing boundaries. So excite!

I was so thrilled to draw a flying fox! Stella Luna was one of my earlier talking animal influences, so it was quite a nostalgic joy to spend a few hours revisiting flying fox bat land on this piece :D
