Here's the final title page and original artwork files for NES Silver Surfer. As you can see the aspect ratio and colour palettes are all messed up. This is because the artwork was created on an Amstrad CPC-6128. Crazy workflow meant the artists had to work this way! 30 years ago

Which of these disk copiers ( erm...back-up utilities ) did you use on the BBC Micro? I seem to remember Disk Duplicator 3 was quite effective.
