ROBBED. This line was ROBBED. Rampardos front sprite obviously needs to be redone, but now it LOOKS like it has Base 165 Attack. Probably the worst change of the lot.

Honestly these can be chalked up to bad sprites more than design changes, but Shinx having SAD CAT eyes is the funniest shit.

Obviously a rather rough early sprite, but just about all the significant changes on the final are for the better, final is just a much more refined design.
