Is it bad that I really like the flat coloured sketch version of my Melody art?

I'm gonna finish it's lines and fully render but I can help feel she's nice enough as is

I'm not even close to completing the Melody art but even as a sketch I'm so happy when I compare it to my art at the beginning of the year.
