So apparently according to Ian Mutchler (the one who wrote the Murder of Sonic VN) the main protagonist is a Quokka. Lots of Australian animals being introduced to the series lately (first starline,now Barry)

@Zhane_Star Idk why but her design in the comics has already bothered me. Maybe it’s because of the cutoff with the outfit but it’s looks weirdly proportioned to me. The legs look like they don’t fit.😅

As weird as it sounds, Zavok looks more dragon-esc to me than ducly

@Cybrid101 I’m not really known too much for my Sonic stuff (Moreso monster Hunter and Pokémon)

Of course both my most popular is infinite themed 😅

Also just his overall character works better. I love how they didn’t just go the normal “serious and brooding” personality the rest of the Black Arms had. He was so much more expressive and it helped make him so much more likable. He really was just the oddball of the family

I’d argue tho that eclipse was able to stand on his own just fine without shadow. Shadow did help add some depth but my favorite moments was just him and his little dark arm Wisp Hybrids interacting. A nice mix of humor while adding depth to his motives and personality

But if we are REALLy picking the underrated characters that deserved more than they got.

Nothing beats him. This Idiot single handedly got me into the Archie comics and later IDW comics. One of the feee Sonics character that had a perfect enjoyable villain vibe to him
