Here's some early progress on it.
Thankfully the model already matches Brawl Ridley's skeleton fairly well, since it has the same L shape neck, 4 fingers on each hand, wing structure can be easily adapted to Brawl's and so on.

Brawl Samus is actually Zero Mission Varia Suit. Look at the lights on the legs, chest and shoulderpads. Brawl ZSS was also designed after Zero Mission's ZSS, and then same model also got into MP3 with some changes (Brawl ZSS reveal predates MP3 release).
