@BhWuke Not true, we've seen this with several powerful swordsmen in the story. Some use 0 Haki, others have Haki but 0 Haki-related feats, and others use Tech. All of them were powerful enough to be senior officers of the Yonko crew.

@BhWuke Because Mihawk can't beat Shanks in at least Haki, and Haki is outside the realm of swordsmanship. Shank's Haki stats, right now, far outclasses everyone in OP. Also, Shanks's portrayal far outshines Mihawk's as well. The burden of proof is on Mihawk, not Shanks.

@kingpiece22 Of course. The foundational skills need to exist and be honed in the first place though. That's how you can get top-class sword masters in OP who barely know or don't even use Haki.
