Wanted to practice portraits and rendering so I did a draw-along study with @DaveGrecoArt 's self portrait video. Feel like I learned a lot about approaching / developing / solving problems in a piece as you go! (Dave's original on the right)

@MageHandPress I also got the opportunity to revisit this piece for them and expand it to act as a cover wraparound piece! That was definitely challenging, and I'd left myself plenty of perspective issues, but I'm happy with how it came out ^^

Getting files ready for the print run of Dark Matter by @MageHandPress, taking the opportunity to redo the Avia-Ra art that I did a while back to bring it more in line with some of the fantastic takes our other artists have done on them. Old version's on the right
