The suit he's wearing is from the photoshoot he did for h.s. + the extra stickers on his suitcase are the same ones on his guitar

The apple tree is a reference to the Garden of Eden, and how the devil tempted Eve with an apple !

Also there's ONE very specific visual refence to a lyric , and that's the lyric 'Hearts get broken - The cloud patterning lead to the sun is reminscent of a split heart
