Ikanyamba watercolor sketch, commissioned by @EricPavlat!
Ikanyamba’s a storm spirit from South Africa, usual described as a winged eel with an equine head
@SoransJoestarSC I took the screenshot while they hadn’t fired the beams yet, so he wasn’t fully in position.
Anyway I’ve been meaning to get a new Twitter banner for a while and this one is perfect
Pulgasariiiiii (1985)
Just a big boy in a giant monster movie made under duress in North Korea, hope there's no social commentary about the dictatorship in there... (spoilers, there is)
Anyway look up the production of Pulgasari, it's wild
The Commander
Watercolor and mixed media, 11”x14” https://t.co/c5S5fKq7X0
What I THINK we’re getting from her silhouette:
-belt & miniskirt, possibly open like Tart’s?
-probably also the gold ribbing over the Serratus like Tart
- knee-high boots
-not as many abs as we deserve
-interesting crest-shape, maybe removable like Titan’s? Unlikely tho
I need you to understand half of this is headcanon for me, but these two met in the Great War and if that’s not going through great trauma together idk what is https://t.co/GcDWAZe9BP
