Ichiro Ogami from Sakura Wars (1996). I like him because he represents leadership and hope to his all female squad in the Flower Division (both Imperial and Paris Combat Revue). His spiky attire and battle suit is pretty cool. Plus, he's pretty handy with duel swords.
