They're one of those artists I've been mutuals with for a while but I've hardly interacted with, hahaha.

Regardless, had some fun with this one, it's been a while since I did any inking or coloring because I'm a chronic sketcher.

@Myuwa_ My favorite chibi style comes from the old MiniPato shorts from Patlabor, which is honestly both of those things, depending on the scene.

I wanted to use comic tones but I didn't know how to handle a mostly black design like Vice's armor, so I gave up and just cell shaded it.
