I have implement a system something like body level 1-2-3-4 | Fat, Normal, Buff, Muscle. You start with body level 2 and you can get muscle by workout or otherwise. Problem here, I don't know how to make or what caused player getting feminine body shape. Any suggestion?

I like making these kind of artwork where I project feel into artworks... but I don't think many like it much.
