This was created during my first year in #artfight2021 and I drew @/whiteislande's OC, Hibari, in a new outfit! ^^ I was inspired by Japanese Street fashion and had a lot of fun with it! ^^ After all, is Hibari wearing pants or a skirt? Up to you!
