CONT is active during opp turn, and Gladioul MUST be on VC for it to work. It won't apply to Trailing Rose riding on it and calling 2 Tokens
It will however, apply to all plant token calls, even from other cards' effects
If 2 different Tester Fox's ACT abilities choose the same Researcher Fox, at end of turn, only one "if Researcher Fox was retired, draw 1" effect can resolve. So you only draw 1 card
Also for first ability, you can call the same Researcher Fox that you put to deck for the cost
Also for Leopald, since you activate the effects in any order, you can call a card from the Normal effect to the additional RC created by the Accel from the Order effect, if you do Order before Normal

Leopald's first effect is active, and a Normal Unit A was discarded from deck, getting the Trigger & Order types too. When calling Tester Fox, putting 2 from drop to deck for cost, and you put Normal Unit A and another Normal Unit B...
