no new art recently so here are some fan art portraits from 2017ish
Happy Halloween! One of my spookier paintings.. I'd do things differently now, but I learned a lot!
8. 'Fae': the only non-humans, split into Mist, Plains, and Moon Fae. Mist fae can only heal others at expense of their own health, Plains fae can only heal themselves in sunlight, and Moon fae can heal themselves and others in moonlight and with a blood offering. All are feared.
7. 'Seers': born blind, but gifted with vague abilities, including sensing the dead and necromancers, talking to spirits, seeing visions of the past or future, knowing when one is lying.
6. 'Warrior prowess': gifted with superior agility, strength. Basically very hard to kill. Not a very flashy magic, but are highly respected, often given roles of great responsibility.
5. 'Bloodbinders': Can use human blood to take any (small) form. Can use others or own blood, have superior healing abilities (as far as cuts and bleeding). Seen as a 'cursed' magic, wielders are often shunned.
4. 'Necromancers': can conjure the dead, mostly as mindless beings. Those very skilled can also resurrect the spirit of the dead, who then in turn become necromancers. Not inherently evil, but often tempted.
3. 'Animal accordance': gifted with affinity with animals; can bond with willing creatures, bond is often marked by a 'spirit tattoo.' Sometimes the bond lasts beyond death.
2. ''Plant dancers': can stimulate growth of plants through movement and dance.
A thread for magical classes (not cultures/races) in my personal project ('Arcanum Arcanorum') so far, all names are tentative:
1. 'Elemental shielder': can conjure 1 of 4 basic elements to surround themselves as a shield. Can not be used as projectiles more than a few feet.
