It's hard at first working 32 - 40 hours a week but I learned a good method. It's possible to do this.

#peach progress

I try to often break down my own finished drawings to basics. Then I try to make corrections from there by writting notes. I don't feel bad about making errors because it's better to learn from them.

The same thing can be done with color but I don't know how to do that yet.

I also paint digitally. Here's some samples:
