Speaking of Club Transcendence, here we've got a comm for Cobrawintercommando over on discord, of his character stopping by the club as a patron, having heard rumors of a certain dolphin heroine impersonating waitress. Seems they were true. :3 Manta Ray belongs to @ChaosCroc

A more wholesome piece, but still proud of the design work involved. Done for @ChaosCroc as part of his Victory Vixen world. In this case the headquarters of the local SoS branch. Wanted to capture the awe/past grandness of the location while hinting at the modern shortcomings.
