Here's one example of Volibear's Splash Art from League of Legends. Bloody awesome!

My creature looks COMPLETELY different now since my last update on it.
Now its super detailed (by complete accident too)

Its actually shaping out quite well when overlayed the original pencil sketch.
Hopefully my wrist and body can withstand another couple of hours of this so I can at least finish the head.

Starting to take shape.
I normally don't flat colour this early in the project but it did help me figure out each part of the creature in regards to shadows and lighting.
Now back to sketching and inking.

Does anyone know where I can download all the Ken Sugimori Art (or any other images that are handy for references).
My art source only goes up to Gen 6 when it comes to bulk downloading.
