WIP. This is the lad I was gonna submit for RJ's spec evo dragon challenge. Since I didnt have the time to finish it in time Im using him now to practice the things Im being taught in class about lighting. Gonna tackle the MH template after this guy, a thousand years later

WIP. Lagi and Mizu have proven me that leviathans are the hardest to translate into the pokemon style, at least for me. Very difficult to reach that "these shapes are definitely x monster" energy on them
