The characters of Watchmen were inspired by the characters from Charlton Comics, who later existed on Earth-4 of the DC Multiverse. I hope that the Charlton characters get more attention after the debut of the Peacemaker on The Suicide Squad.

I hope to see more of Maria Mendoza AKA Wonder Woman of Earth-6 from Stan Lee's "Just Imagine the DC Universe" series. Wonder Woman is a tough and badass warrior no matter on which earth in the DC Multiverse she exists.
